(a) Section 4. "Labeling" of the Pasteurized Milk Ordinance is adopted with the following additional requirements:
1. The labeling
information which is required on all bottles, containers or packages of milk or
fluid milk products shall conform with Federal labeling requirements under 21
CFR 101, Food Labeling.
2. The use
of the words "Grade A" on containers of milk products is limited to firms which
voluntarily participate with the procedures of the National Conference on
Interstate Milk Shipments.
