(a) The Department may issue an expedited well permit for those well permit applications initially received via telefax machines or other electronic media. The expedited permit processing service can be utilized only in conjunction with the special dedicated non-lapsing account established under 7:9D-1.9(f) or any other Department-approved payment method.
