Section 7:7-7.5 - Requests for adjudicatory hearings

(a) To contest a decision of the Department under 7:7-7.2 or 7.3, a person shall submit an adjudicatory hearing request within 10 calendar days of the publication of notice of such decision in the DEP Bulletin pursuant to 7:7-7.4, in accordance with (a)1 below and the provisions of 7:7-28.1(c) through (g).

1. The person submitting the request for hearing shall mail a copy of the request to the Monmouth County Clerk and the City of Long Branch Clerk, and shall include proof of such mailing with the hearing request submitted to the Department.
