The Department will maintain a list of plant species of concern for the purpose of monitoring the status of the State's flora and to serve as a working list for transition of species to and from the Endangered Plant Species List. The list of plant species of concern will be composed of those species not listed as endangered at 7:5C-5.1 and whose populations are monitored by the Natural Heritage Database.
