Section 7:50-4.69 - Action by Commission

If at the next regular Commission meeting after the time for appeal under 7:50-4.91 has expired and no request for an appeal has been received, the Commission may approve the determination of the Executive Director or refer the determination of the Executive Director to the Office of Administrative Law. If the Commission fails to take any action at said meeting, the determination of the Executive Director shall be referred to the Office of Administrative Law unless an extension of time for the Commission to act is approved pursuant to 7:50-4.4. If the Executive Director's determination is referred to the Office of Administrative Law, the referral shall be treated as a petition for appeal in accordance with the provisions of 7:50-4.91.
