Part II - DEVELOPMENT IN AREAS WITHOUT CERTIFIED LOCAL PLANS
Section 7:50-4.12 - Applicability

The provisions of this Part shall be applicable to all development in any portion of the Pinelands Area located in any municipality where the master plan or land use ordinances have not been fully certified by the Commission and in any previously certified municipality whose certification has been revoked or suspended by the Commission pursuant to Part VI of subchapter 3 or which has failed to have any necessary changes to its master plan and land use ordinances certified by the Commission within one year after the effective date of any amendment to this Plan, except for those activities specifically excepted in 7:50-4.1.
