Part II - CERTIFICATION OF COUNTY PLANS
Section 7:50-3.12 - Submission of plan and regulations

Within one year after the effective date of this Plan, or any amendment thereof, each county located in whole or in part in the Pinelands Area shall submit, in accordance with the provisions of this Part, its county master plan and any regulations applicable to the development of land to the Commission for review and determination of whether the county master plan and regulations are in conformance with the minimum requirements of this Plan. Such county master plan and regulations shall be in such form and number and shall contain such information as may be required by the Executive Director in order to make the findings required by 7:50-3.19.
