The records of each application of pesticides made by a commercial pesticide operator shall be kept by the co-signer of the commercial pesticide operator's license application in the manner delineated in 7:30-6.8 or by the pesticide applicator business which employs the commercial pesticide operator in the manner delineated in 7:30-7.3.
