(a) A licensee submitting an application for reciprocal recognition of a materials license issued by another Agreement State or the NRC for a period of 180 days or less during a calendar year must pay one-half of the fee specified under Tables 1 and 2 at 7:28-64.2.
(b) The Department will not process the application for reciprocity prior to the receipt of the required fee.
