No person shall store, offer for sale, sell, deliver, or exchange in trade No. 4 fuel oil or No. 6 fuel oil, for purposes of combustion in New Jersey, on or after January 31, 2023, except that
No. 4 fuel oil or No. 6 fuel oil that was stored in New Jersey before January 31, 2023, may be combusted, used, stored, offered for sale, sold, delivered, or exchanged in trade, in New Jersey, for two years after January 31, 2023.
