Subchapter 2 - CARBON DIOXIDE EMISSION REDUCTIONS FROM ELECTRIC GENERATING UNITS
Section 7:27F-2.7 - Reporting

An owner or operator of a fossil fuel-fired EGU subject to this subchapter shall comply with the reporting requirements at N.J.A.C. 7:27-8 and 22 and the applicable preconstruction or operating permit. In accordance with N.J.A.C. 7:27-8.15 and 22.19, the owner or operator shall, upon the Department's request, submit any record relevant to the operating permit or to the emission of CO2 from the EGU within 30 days, or within a longer time period if approved, in writing, by the Department.
