The owner or operator of a facility subject to registration in accordance with N.J.A.C. 7:27E-2.1shall pay the registration fee through the Department's online business portal at NJDEPonline.com or by submitting payment to the Treasurer, State of New Jersey. The initial registration fee is $400.00. The registration fee cannot be prorated or refunded. The Department will not register a facility or
renew a registration until it receives the appropriate fee.
