Section 7:27C-7.1 - Submission of CO[2] allowance transfers

(a) A CO[2] authorized account representative seeking recording of a CO[2] allowance transfer shall submit the transfer to the Department. The transfer shall include the following, in a format prescribed by the Department:

1. The numbers identifying both the transferor and transferee accounts;

2. A specification by serial number of each CO[2] allowance to be transferred;

3. The printed name and signature of the CO[2] authorized account representative of the transferor account and the date signed;

4. The date of the completion of the last sale or purchase transaction for the COallowance, if any; and

5. The purchase or sale price of the COallowances that are the subject of a sale or purchase transaction under (a)4 above.
