Section 7:27C-3.1 - General requirements for an operating permit incorporating CO[2] Budget Trading Program requirements

(a) Each CO[2] Budget source shall have an operating permit issued by the Department pursuant to N.J.A.C. 7:27-22.
(b) The operating permit for each CO[2] Budget source shall contain all applicable CO[2] Budget Trading Program requirements, as set forth in N.J.A.C. 7:27C-3.3(a)3, 4, 5, and 6.
