After the Department has approved the results of a CO[2] allowance auction pursuant to N.J.A.C. 7:27C-11.12, and NO[x] later than 10 days following the allocation of COallowances to the CO[2] compliance or general accounts of winning bidders pursuant to N.J.A.C. 7:27C-11.13, the Department will publish on the CO[2] allowance auction website the auction clearing price and the number of CO[2] allowances sold in the auction.
