Appendix 6, Alternative Soil Remediation Standard Application, was repealed by special adoption R.2009 d.361, effective November 4, 2009 (to expire May 11, 2011). See: 41 N.J.R. 4467(a). Provisions of R.2009 d.361 were readopted without change as R.2011 d.251, effective September 8, 2011. See: 43 N.J.R. 1077(a), 43 N.J.R. 2581(b).
In accordance with N.J.S.A. 52:14B-5.1b, Chapter 26D, Remediation Standards, was scheduled to expire on June 2, 2015. See: 43 N.J.R. 1203(a).
Chapter 26D, Remediation Standards, was readopted, effective April 27, 2015. See: 47 N.J.R. 996(a). Subchapter 2, Minimum Ground Water Remediation Standards, was renamed Ground Water Remediation Standards, Subchapter 3, Minimum Surface Water Remediation Standards, was renamed Surface Water Remediation Standards, Subchapter 4, Minimum Soil Remediation Standards, was renamed Soil and Soil Leachate Remediation Standards, Subchapter 5, Indoor Air Remediation Standards, was adopted as new rules, former Subchapter 5, Interim Soil Remediation Standards, was recodified to Subchapter 6 and renamed Interim Remediation Standards, former Subchapter 6, Updating Soil Remediation Standards, was recodified to Subchapter 7 and renamed Updating Remediation Standards, former Subchapter 7, Alternative Soil Remediation Standards, was recodified to Subchapter 8 and renamed Alternative Remediation Standards, and Appendix 7, Development of Alternative Remediation Standards for Soil for the Inhalation Exposure Pathway, Appendix 8, Development of Alternative Remediation Standards for Soil for the Migration to Ground Water Exposure Pathway, Appendix 9, Development of Alternative Remediation Standards for Indoor Air for the Vapor Intrusion Exposure Pathway, Appendix 10, Chemical and Physical Properties of Contaminants, Appendix 11, Toxicity Factors Used in the Development of the Remediation Standards, and Appendix 12, Derivation of Equation Equivalency Used for the Development of Soil and Indoor Air Remediation Standards were adopted as new rules by R.2021 d.041, effective May 17, 2021.
