This subchapter sets forth the requirements for any person to apply for a loan and/or grant from the Petroleum Underground Storage Tank Remediation, Upgrade, and Closure Fund, to fund projects pursuant to the Underground Storage Tank Finance Act, N.J.S.A. 58:10A-37.1et seq., except that this subchapter does not apply to applications for a loan or grant for remediation costs associated with an unregulated heating oil tank. For such requirements, see N.J.A.C. 7:26F-7, Petroleum Underground Storage Tank Remediation, Upgrade, and Closure Fund.
