(a) This subchapter establishes the administrative procedures and requirements for the remediation of a contaminated site, including:

4. Certifications, 7:26C-1.5;
5. Forms and submissions, 7:26C-1.6;
6. Public notification, 7:26C-1.7;
7. Right of entry and inspection, 7:26C-1.8;
8. Liberal construction, 7:26C-1.9; and
9. Severability, 7:26C-1.10.
