Section 7:26A-4.7 - Additional design and operational standards for recycling centers which receive, store and process Class D recyclable materials-used oil

For the purposes of this chapter, a used oil processor or re-refiner is a recycling center for Class D recyclable materials--used oil. Such recycling center shall be designed and operated in accordance with the requirements of 7:26A-6.7.
