Section 7:26A-4.2 - Inclusion in district solid waste management plans

No recycling center, as defined in 7:26A-1.3, with the exception of those recycling centers operating pursuant to an approval granted under 7:26A-3.7, shall commence operations unless and until it is included in the applicable district solid waste management plan.
