Section 7:26-3A.36 - Additional reporting for transporters of regulated medical waste

The Department and the Administrator may require transporters to furnish additional information concerning the quantities and management methods of regulated medical waste as he or she deems necessary under RCRA Section 11004 and as the Department may deem necessary under 13:1D-9.
