Section 7:26-16.10 - Administrative hearing; requests

(a) Any applicant or permittee who is denied an initial license pursuant to this subchapter shall, upon written request transmitted to the Department within 30 days of that denial, be afforded the opportunity for a hearing thereon in the manner provided for contested cases pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act,"52:14B-1 et seq.

(b) Any licensee who receives a notice of intent to revoke a license or notice of refusal to renew a license shall have 20 days from receipt of the notice to transmit to the Department a request for a hearing.

(c) Requests for hearings shall be sent to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, Office of Administrative Hearings and Dispute Resolution, ATTENTION: Adjudicatory Hearing Requests, 401 E. State Street, PO Box 420, Mail Code 401-07A, Trenton, NJ 08625-0420.
