(a) A person shall not camp on any beach under the jurisdiction of the State Park Service.
(b) A person shall not erect, maintain, use or occupy any temporary tent or shelter or any beach under the jurisdiction of the State Park Service unless there is an unobstructed view through such tent or shelter from at least two sides. Nothing herein contained shall be construed to authorize camping on any beach under the jurisdiction of the State Park Service.
