Section 7:1K-3.7 - Five-year revision of Pollution Prevention Plans and Pollution Prevention Plan Summaries

(a) The owner or operator of a priority industrial facility is required to prepare a complete revision of the industrial facility's Pollution Prevention Plan by July 1 of the fifth year after the year of the initial completion of Part IA of the industrial facility's Pollution Prevention Plan, and by July 1 of each fifth year thereafter.

(b) The owner or operator of a priority industrial facility is required to prepare and submit a complete revision of the industrial facility's Pollution Prevention Plan Summary by July 1 of the fifth year after the year of the initial preparation and submittal of the industrial facility's Pollution Prevention Plan Summary, and by July 1 of each fifth year thereafter.
