Section 7:1K-10.7 - Incorporation of confidential information or assertedly confidential information into cumulations of data

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as prohibiting the incorporation of confidential information or assertedly confidential information into general compilations of information based on industry groups or classifications of hazardous substances which may be subject to disclosure as public records, or for conducting research and preparing reports pursuant to 13:1D-45, provided that after consultation with the claimant, the Department has determined that such disclosure is not in a form that would foreseeably allow persons, not otherwise having knowledge of such confidential information, to deduce from it confidential information or the identity of the person who supplied it to the Department.
