(a) Trade secret claims will be filed or maintained by employers who are subject to the Act to maintain the confidentiality of information requested on the Right to Know Survey or the environmental survey and for the names of substances on container labels. It is the purpose of this subchapter to prescribe:
1. The procedures and guidelines for filing
trade secret claims and maintaining trade secret information;
2. The information required by the department
for determination of a trade secret claim;
3. The methods for maintaining the
confidentiality and security of trade secret information;
4. The criteria for determination of a trade
secret claim;
5. The procedure for
requesting trade secret information;
6. The procedures for appeal of a
determination of a trade secret claim; and
7. The procedures and guidelines for the
disclosure of trade secret information.
