(a) All efforts by the emergency loan applicant to repair the cause of the critical water supply service disruption shall comply with the Standards for Construction of Public Community Water System, N.J.A.C. 7:10-11, and the Standards for the Construction of Public Non-Community and Non-Public Community Water Systems, N.J.A.C. 7:10-12, as relevant to the repair of the cause of critical water supply service disruption.

(b) If the Department determines that a permit pursuant to the regulations set forth in (a) above is required for the work to be undertaken to repair the cause of the critical water supply service disruption, the emergency loan applicant shall obtain said permit as soon as possible, but within six months after receipt of notice of the need for said permit from the Department.
