(a) This subchapter establishes the purpose of the Water Emergency Task Force which is created to:
1. Review and make recommendations to the
Commissioner regarding applications for hardship exemptions from the ban on
adjustable water uses;
2. Hear appeals
of water purveyors' decisions regarding applications for hardship exemptions from
the requirements of the water rationing plans and make recommendations to the
Commissioner; and
3. Assist the
Commissioner in the formulation of policy during a water emergency.
