Section 7:15-5.8 - Responsibility of municipalities

(a) Upon the request of the WMP agency, every municipality shall provide the following information to the wastewater management planning agency:

1. Ordinances as required to demonstrate compliance with 7:15-5.25(f)2 iii, (g)1, (g)3 or (g)6;

2. A map, prepared in accordance with the requirements at 7:15-5.20, identifying any public water supply service areas;

3. Where applicable, a septic management plan in accordance with 7:15-5.25(e)3;

4. In addition to (a)1 through 3 above, for urbanized municipalities provide:
i. Population projections; and

ii. Employment projections; and

5. In addition to (a)1 through 3 above, for municipalities not subject to (a)4 above provide:
i. The current zoning map and associated ordinances; and

ii. A modified zoning map and associated ordinances as revised to demonstrate compliance with 7:15-5.25, as applicable.
