Section 7:14B-5.9 - Use of regulated underground storage tank systems

(a) No person or business firm shall introduce hazardous substances into an underground storage tank system which is known to be or suspected to be leaking or discharging hazardous substances except in accordance with 7:14B-8.1(b)2 i and ii.

(b) No person or business firm shall introduce hazardous substances into a regulated underground storage tank which is not properly registered with the Department pursuant to 7:14B-2.1, or where any registration has been revoked or denied.
