(a) All completed New Jersey Underground Storage Tank permit application forms, as well as documented information pertaining to the permit, shall be considered public records pursuant to 47:1A-1 et seq.
(b) Interested persons shall submit a written request for an appointment to review the public records. This written request shall be sent to the Department at the address at 7:14B-2.2(b).
