(d) For discharges to surface water from site remediation projects, the chemical specific toxic pollutant effluent standards are set forth in N.J.A.C. 7:14A-12 Appendix B, incorporated herein by reference.

(e) For new sources, new discharges or expanded direct discharges to surface water, the chemical specific toxic pollutant effluent standards are set forth in N.J.A.C. 7:14A-12 Appendix C, incorporated herein by reference.
