Section 7:11-4.16 - Late payment interest charge

All amounts not paid when due shall be subject to a late payment charge at two percent above the prime rate of the bank holding short-term deposits of the Authority, prevailing on the due date, but not to exceed 18 percent per annum, from the date when due until paid.
