Section 7:11-4.10 - Daily overdraft service

A purchaser shall pay a daily overdraft rate for each daily diversion in excess of purchaser's uninterruptible service or optional water use schedule as follows: diversions in excess of uninterruptible service or optional water use schedule multiplied by the operations and maintenance expense rate component (7:11-4.3 ), the initial water purchase debt rate component (7:11-4.4(b) ) , the source water protection fund rate component (7:11-4.5 ), and the New Jersey Environmental Infrastructure Financing debt component (7:11-4.6 ), times 120 percent.
