Section 7:11-3.9 - Period of agreement

(a) The effective date, period of agreement, and date of commencement of charges shall be set forth in the water use agreement to be executed in accordance with 7:11-3.3 and be consistent with terms and conditions for diversion set forth by the New Jersey Water Supply Authority.

(b) Unless otherwise specified in the water use agreement, the date of commencement of charges shall be the first day following completion of construction of the withdrawal system, but in no case later than nine months after the date of approval of the water agreement by the New Jersey Water Supply Authority.

(c) At the end of the agreed upon period, the agreement shall expire, except as to those matters set forth at 7:11-3.10, 3.12 and 3.23.
