Section 7:11-2.18 - Annual overdraft rate

A water user's average daily diversion for any calendar year in excess of a System water user's daily uninterruptible service shall be paid at the total rate under this schedule as set forth in N.J.A.C. 7:11-2.1(c) multiplied by an annual overdraft rate of 115 percent of the average million gallons diverted each day or fraction thereof with the exception of excess withdrawals for fire suppression or other catastrophes.
