Section 7:11-1.15 - Exemption of seeing eye, companion and hunting dogs

(a) Seeing eye dogs and companion dogs for the hearing impaired or other disabled individuals are permitted in any location where their presence is necessary to perform the duty for which they are trained.
(b) Dogs used while hunting during open season or used while on field trials in accordance with 7:25-5.20, are exempt from the leashing rule set forth at 7:11-1.14(b).
