(a) The Department may issue an administrative order against a licensed operator or other person who has violated any provision of this chapter, or any provision of the Act, for one or more of the following purposes:
1. To assess a civil
administrative penalty pursuant to this subchapter;
2. To suspend or revoke an operator's license
pursuant to this subchapter;
3. To
direct a licensed operator or other person to cease violation of any provision of
this chapter; or
4. To direct a licensed
operator or other person to comply with a provision of this chapter or an order
issued pursuant to this chapter.
