Section 7:10A-1.11 - Reciprocity with other states

(a) The Department may issue licenses to persons meeting the requirements of 58:11-69.

(b) Any person meeting the requirements of 58:11-69 may apply to the Department for a license by filing a completed application form and the nonrefundable application fee with the Department.

(c) The Board shall evaluate the person's application and if it meets the criteria set forth in (a) above, the Department shall, upon receipt of the nonrefundable initial license fee, issue a license to the person.
