Section 6A:3-10.1 - Application to issue bonds following defeated referenda

Applications for an order of the Commissioner authorizing the issuance of bonds without voter approval pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:7G-12 may be made, and shall proceed, in accordance with the provisions of N.J.A.C. 6A:26-3.7(h).
