Each sending district shall have the responsibility for the transportation of enrolled choice students who are eligible for transportation services both to and from the choice school in which that student is accepted. Each sending district shall provide transportation or aid in lieu of transportation in accordance with 18A:36A-13 and N.J.A.C. 6A:27-4.
