Regular meetings of the State Board of Education shall be held at the time and place and on dates established by the State Board of Education, in accordance with the Senator Byron M. Baer Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6et seq. Notice of such regular meetings shall be made in a manner consistent with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 10:4-6et seq.
