All provisions of this chapter were filed and became effective on July 17, 1979 as R.1979 d.272. See: 11 New Jersey Register 119(a), 11 New Jersey Register 368(a).
Pursuant to the sunset provision of Executive Order 66(1978), N.J.A.C. 6:80, rules for the Educational Improvement Centers, expired on July 1, 1984. The State Board of Education does not plan to readopt these rules, since Chapter 186, Laws of 1983, repealed that part of the statute authorizing four educational improvement centers in the State.
