The Commissioner may revoke his or her approval of an approved course or approved course provider if the course provider no longer offers the course or the approved course is no longer in conformity with the requirements of this chapter. Whenever approval is revoked or a course has been withdrawn by an approved course provider, a new proposal and the Commissioner's approval of that proposal shall be required before the course may again be offered as satisfying the requirements of the Training Program. Course descriptions must be amended to remove the statement contained in 5:87-4.3 immediately upon revocation of Commissioner's approval.
