(a) Any decision of the Director in the course of budget review, pursuant to these rules, may be appealed to the Local Finance Board in the manner generally provided by N.J.S.A. 52:27BB-15.
1. The
appellant must file the appeal application with the Director within 10 days of
the Director's decision.
2. The
appellant must set forth in the application the reasons and basis for the
appeal.
3. The appellant must
submit all documentation required to substantiate the appeal.
