All forms, documents, and instructions for completion of forms referenced in this chapter can be obtained from the website of the Division of Local Government Services at http://www.nj.gov/dca/ divisions/dlgs/. All budgets, audits, and accompanying documents and information shall be submitted to the Division electronically through the Financial Automation Submission Tracking (FAST) system upon its implementation, or through such other automated system as may be implemented by the Director. The Director shall have the discretion to require the submission of one or more paper copies of budgets, audits, and accompanying documents and information parallel to electronic submission.
