(a) All advertising material shall conform to the provisions of N.J.A.C. 5:26-5 and in addition shall contain the following:
1. A
statement that the purpose of the advertising is to solicit nonbinding
reservations;
2. A statement that
the nonbinding reservation is not a contract and may be cancelled by the
prospective purchaser at any time, without cause;
3. A statement that any money paid to the
developer shall be refunded to the prospective purchaser upon request and
cancellation of the nonbinding reservation.
