(a) Utility LP-Gas Plant Code, NFPA 59-2018, is hereby adopted by reference, except that:
1. The phrase "which can be built upon" shall
be deleted; and
2. Only technical
standards relating to public health and safety are adopted by reference. The
administrative and reporting procedures of the referenced standard are not
adopted and are replaced by the administrative provisions of this
chapter.
(b) Where any conflict occurs between the standards prescribed in (a) above and these rules, these rules shall prevail.
