(a) A manufacturer of a climbing wall amusement ride shall comply with applicable requirements of N.J.A.C. 5:14A-5.
(b) A climbing wall amusement ride shall be designed and constructed in accordance with 5:14A-14.5 and applicable provisions of N.J.A.C. 5:14A-7.
