Section 5:12-3.6 - Maintenance and inspection records

(a) The operator shall retain at all times up-to-date maintenance and inspection records for each passenger tramway.
(b) These records shall contain the following information:
1. Date and nature of all
inspections, whether by the Bureau of Code Services or the operator;
2. Any violation of the rules and type of
action taken to rectify the violation; and
3. All break-downs or repairs of any major
mechanical part.
(c) These maintenance and inspection records shall be available for inspection by the Bureau of Code Services.
